To guarantee uninterrupted access to ST4S services and reliable delivery of our emails, please ensure the following settings are applied within your organisation’s network and mail systems.
1. Our domains and email servers #
All ST4S applications or services operate under the primary domain st4s.edu.au.
Examples:
- assessment.st4s.edu.au | This is our questionnaire tool handled by Alchemer.
- badge.st4s.edu.au | This is our portal for organisations accessing the badge and marketing materials.
We also use third party tools such as Alchemer which may use other domains to serve front end and static content. It is important to ensure these domains are accessible to your business to reduce the risk of connectivity issues.
Domains to whitelist:
- *.st4s.edu.au (e.g. whitelist st4s.edu.au and all sub domains)
- surveygizmo.com (this is Alchemer’s old domain which may still serve front end content)
- zendesk.com
- alchemer.com
- alchemer.eu
- esa.edu.au
- nsip.edu.au
Email addresses to whitelist or add to anti spam filters:

- @esa.edu.au

2. We enforce DMARC on inbound mail #
All in bound mail to @st4s.edu.au enforces DMARC to reduce the risk of spam and spoofing.
If your mail server’s DNS records for SPF, DKIM are incorrect, we may have issues in receiving or sending mail to your email servers. You may not receive a bounce back from us if your DMARC policy is configured to silently drop any SPF or other failures. Please verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings. You can use online tools or those provided from your mail provider to verify these settings.
